Kiki’s Chocolate with Coffee Three Ways-aka Amber’s Better Than Sex Cake

This special birthday cake has three luscious layers! Fillings are hazelnut praline crunch with whipped white chocolate coffee ganache and a decadent dark chocolate coffee caramel ganache with coffee whipped cream. This gorgeous dark chocolate cake is covered with a light chocolate American Buttercream.

This cake is an homage to my friend Kirsten, who loves coffee and chocolate. It lead my friend Amber to name it “Better-Than-Sex-Cake”.

It is a rich 10-inch cake, 8 inches in height, enough to feed an army!
