Limoncello Making Class
We had such fun learning to make limoncello. Additional classes will be added later in the year.
We shared a lovely charcuterie spread along with sips of my completed limoncello, after I demonstrated how to decant their final product when it is finished.
A completed 3L jar of limoncello yields over three 750 mL bottles of finished limoncello
Snacks are provided as part of the class. My focaccia was served with other goodies on the charcuterie board. The first is green olive and roasted garlic with thyme and rosemary, the next is fresh tomato and olive with thyme. These are also available for purchase, 9x13 loaf for $15.
