Ted’s Shortbread Biscuits

The biscuits that won Rebecca’s heart!

These are the biscuits that made Rebecca melt with the first bite~

Melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with just enough resistance when you bite. These biscuits are just sweet enough to devour the entire box without a moment of guilt. I like to describe these as a half pound of butter, held together with flour and a little bit of sugar. The caramel-like demerara sugar on top yields a delightful crunch.
